The House never had a vote to begin a real impeachment investigation, as required by the Constitution.
Instead, Pelosi simply ANNOUNCED an “impeachment inquiry” had begin. With NO HOUSE VOTE.
That was a great reminder.
NO Constitutional vote, she just deemed it.
Brian Cates has been screaming this & just wrote a thread yesterday about it again. All the subpoenas they sent to Trump were never real, because the Impeachment wasn’t properly voted on. How can you obstruct subpoenas that weren’t legal to begin with?
