The funeral we attended the other day..the Pastors begged everyone to stay and eat. They had plenty of food which I was surprised I wasn't asked to make something. There must be a BIG list of people who as me, bake for funerals. A woman I've known for years sat at our table and she was telling me about how she has to watch what she eats because of a tick bite. My nieces young son when he was in his first years of elementary school came down with this allergy. So apparently its really spreading quickly in our area of the US.

Reporters and editors at the largest news outlets overwhelmingly dislike and distrust the people demonstrating against Virginia’s proposed gun restrictions. This is clear as day, and every journalist, center-left media critic, and media defender would do well to admit as much.

The media elite hate guns, favor gun control, and bear disdain or at least distrust for those who are passionate about gun rights.

Reporters’ coverage of and reaction to Monday’s Second Amendment demonstration makes that abundantly clear.

For starters, NBC News reporter Ben Collins, again, he’s a reporter, not an opinion writer, flatly and falsely called the demonstration a “white nationalist rally” in a tweet calling on everyone covering it to “verify information” before tweeting it out. Collins has deleted the smear-tweet, but you have to consider the nature of the error.

While deeply thinking about accuracy in tweets, a news reporter falsely called a gun rights rally a “white nationalist rally.”

The simplest explanation here is that Ben Collins considers gun rights activists to be vile and hateful creatures. NBC News, Collins’s outlet, gave the march the Joker treatment, darkly warning everyone it would be a horrible, violent day, truly reflecting their expectations.

It’s not hard to read between the lines of the Washington Post’s coverage: “Chants of ‘U-S-A, U-S-A’ broke out every few minutes, but by 10:15 a.m. there were no signs of violence or conflict with law enforcement officers.”

If my grand-daughter were to have gotten bitten when she was back there and was now getting ill, doctors in UT would have absolutely no clue.

I saw several tweets this morning that were claiming when the Pledge was being recited that the people were actually saying "We will not conform!"

Other folks, who were there were calling them out.

And the LSM hyperventilates when we call them FAKE NEWS and the ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE when they continue to prove it over and over.

Thanks to everyone for the prayers, hubby is home safe and sound. He didn’t have phone signal in Richmond, wonder if some blocking took place.
Anyway, he said there were thousands in Richmond, the entire capital was surrounded by protesters, he did not see any violence.
He went on the Tea Party bus and said half had called and said they were afraid of the reports of potential violence and plenty of seats available.

We have monitored the March all day long on twitter.

I posted a tweet that people were not able to use their cells to call or film from a person who was still able to.

Was a great March, 25,000 reported there and no violence to the chagrin of the governor and the LSM.
