I think I can buy my own bagels and Froot Loops, and make my own bed. Housekeeping isn’t going to wash my unmentionables, so clean sheets and towels have a limited long-term value when I still need to visit a laundromat on occasion.
I’ll grant you the utilities, but most apartments provide heat and water, and some provide cable and internet.
