Not much these days with the DUI laws. Used to be.
My take: The gen X and Y guys were/are highly feminized. Pubic school Indoctrination. Maybe half were raised with an absent father. Many are on ADHD meds. They weren’t raised to be authentic men (mommies can’t do that; quite the opposite) and have precious few role models (certainly not jocks or actors).
They were told “Women need men like fish need bicycles”. TV shows men as stupid buffoons. Now there’s #MeToo fear. Last, but certainly not least, and maybe the most relevant — easy to get porn in their pocket.
