Not old enough. When we switch to Long Term Disability we can either gon on Cobra @$3600/month or switch to something else. Her company provides the LTD but you are terminated from the position and they can replace you.

Cobra is $3600.00 a month......OMG I just retired and went on Cobra for a couple of months until medical ins. is all straightened out and it is $125.00 a month for myself only, being the employee, my regular insurance through the company for EXCELLENT PPO coverage was $28.00 a month for employee only!!! I HATE unions however my medical insurance was better than ANYTHING I have ever had my entire life!!! I am so sorry you folks are going through this!!!
