From the MLB report this guy is the one who implemented the system in Houston, then took it to Boston. He was not only an active participant, unlike Hitch, but the instigator of the whole thing. Should get a lifetime ban. Being a sanctimonious lib doesn’t play into it, he deserves the permanent ban.
