I just saw him, he actually took his hat off and was waving it at the President.
Awww.....not sure why he kept that blamed hat on, during the rally, since it was giving him and ME fits, the entire time...lol...but, glad to hear that he was waving at POTUS.
A straw hat, too, of all things. It’s cold outside!!
