Four people are each making the pulled pork.


Anyone with an All American 43 qt canner? I have done 16 pounds to 24 pounds of pulled pork or beef in mine many times for parties and events we use to do. Then use your Kitchen Aid Mixer (I have a 7 qt.) to shred it all really quickly. It takes me longer to make the BBQ sauce than the pulled meat lol...

Speaking of good pulled pork BBQ, our Dickey's opened recently and that's where we went for hubby's BD dinner.
