They are walking deeper hour by hour into the swamp—-the treason/coup swamp. The constitution is very clear about what constitutes treason and the over throw of a duly elected head of our nation
They are making sure there is no question that that is their intent. Not able to manipulate their way out of it.
Yes they are stepping all over the constitution. When it is beyond the point that they can claim accident or confusion or lack of knowledge they snare will be sprung. That’s why appointing constitutional judicial appointment HAD to be accomplished first. MM has almost finished that task.
Now on to putting the rule of law and standard rights back in place. Note more wiggling out and interpreting law to fit the double standards
Rudy said the lawyers had been working on impeachment since the beginning of Trumps term. So I would think as each step that was unconstitutional without giving our President the rights stated they have really worked on those points. But as I stated I’m weak in law. We or should I say...the Presidents lawyers should be way ahead of the 8 ball.
