I bought some CBD oil but haven’t tried it yet. I don’t know anything about how to use it.
Use depends on the type you purchase. I bought capsules to swallow. Some drops go under tongue and some rub in /creams. Should have instructions with it.
My cousin in CA uses both a rub in cream and takes a capsule. Her fibromyalgia doesn’t cause her pain anymore.
