Kerry says that Trump is lying because he says ALL the 150 billion went to pay for terrorism, because only part of it did.
I don’t recall the President saying ALL, hopefully newsbusters or someone will research. But Kerry is just grabbing at straws, saying the word “ALL” is the important lie.
