Actually, they are stupid. Lack of training. 10 times bending for Namaz (prayers) are not sufficient to gain military skills.
Have you seen cars they are driving? They are still stuck in 70s.

10 yrs of Iraq and Iran war was a stalemate. You have already seen Iraq capabilities, Iranians are worse.

Yes, they are pretty much in another century but I think they most probably are like other countries..they've been trained by other countries. I say this because of All the many different troops in Syrian fighting with a mix of Arab,Russian,Turks,terrorist from All countries,who knows who. What's the possibility of Russia or ? hasn't trained them quietly. As Israel training the Saudis. The people of Iran are poor but I suspect all the money we gave them the military possibly paid for training.

You very well could be correct but I wouldn't be surprised with Kerry and many of our DS connected to Iran didn't send people in to better train on the equipment we paid for or possibly supplied.
