Yes they are stepping all over the constitution. When it is beyond the point that they can claim accident or confusion or lack of knowledge they snare will be sprung. That’s why appointing constitutional judicial appointment HAD to be accomplished first. MM has almost finished that task.
Now on to putting the rule of law and standard rights back in place. Note more wiggling out and interpreting law to fit the double standards

Rudy said the lawyers had been working on impeachment since the beginning of Trumps term. So I would think as each step that was unconstitutional without giving our President the rights stated they have really worked on those points. But as I stated I’m weak in law. We or should I say...the Presidents lawyers should be way ahead of the 8 ball.

Yes, and at every misstep working on supporting the constitutional law that was denied. Then the remarks our President would come out and make guided by his lawyers. The dems have really written a shotty impeachment without any respect for our President or his lawyers intelligence.
