When was the last time members of the royal family voluntarily stepped aside?
Distancing themselves from the crown?
What do they know?
What do they fear?
Can't weather the coming storm? https://t.co/8lhMd61KIO— Praying Medic (@prayingmedic) January 8, 2020

When the wife realized that she couldn’t make any money on the side as a royal, and built a foundation that can take in unlimited funds. They’re only declaring “limited” separation. They give up office funds. They keep all the monies from grandmother and father, keep the estate the queen gifted them, keep the security services 365/24/7 protection, keep being paid for transportation between UK and Canada. But they’ll buy their own home in Canada.
In return, they’ll do the occasional charity work in the Queen’s name and call their trips to Canada as work for the queen. They’re trying to figure out how to keep it all, reduce their workload, get masses of extra money, and spend most of their time with their liberal, sycophantic celebrity friends. Oh, and she trademarked the name “Sussex Royal” so she’ll make money off that, too.
She’s planning to be a royal pain in Trump’s backside, I’d guess.
The last time was 1936 and the reason was the same stupid thing as this time.
