Such a classic Trump plan:
1. Uses subterfuge to draw out One Important Iranian Terrorist and destroys him.
2. Iraq government votes to have US withdraw.
3. Trump says we're not going, but they have to pay for the Base, if we do.
4. Withdrawal document is released "accidentally"
5. Statement released saying it was "unsigned" and a "draft"
The Iranians and Iraqis have NO idea now what is happening, what will happen, what Trump will do.
