Hope you both are right...still seems strange to go after the perp to find out why the prosecutor was quick to dismiss the charges?
Remember, Kamala was Foxx's chinaman and Kamala had resistance to passing the "no lynching" bill in the House at the time...after Jussie? no problem with the House passing the bill.
