As long as the majority of the population don’t object to someone who doesn’t fit that exact definition running for office, I couldn’t care less if anyone catches Obama or not out. It’s what the population accepts. And I won’t put down any candidate that can beat a Democrat just because they don’t follow purity. I want Democrats beaten any way and I won’t be constrained while they aren’t constrained.
If one part of the Constitution is jettisoned because it doesn’t matter, then any part can be so ignored. Not a good precedent at all.
If we begin to pick and chose what parts of the Constitution we will respect and what we can dismiss following, everyone would do the same and then we have no Constitution. If we want to change a part, I agree with LJ we need to do it legally.

Respectfully Mairdie, I don’t care what letter someone has by their name. This is no longer R vs D. This is “we the people” vs the disgusting elites that have stolen our power.
I just watched a you tube video, man on the street type of thing, and people, not just young people either, didn’t know how many years were in a century or a decade. This dumbing down, / brainwashing has gotten to critical mass. Until we can repair our schools, and unbrainwash these citizens, we can’t let them decide what should be allowed and what shouldn’t.
Honestly, I was a huge Cruz supporter, but his run, knowing he was not eligible, he even had said as much in a very early interview, set off my radar. there is a reason the deep state want us to ignore this law, so I hope we don’t fall for it.
