So much for Cankles "winning the popular vote". A "popular vote" would require an equal number of people (legitimate voters).

Somebody needs to strike all of those named cities from the 2016 election results and recalculate the last election. The results could be interesting.

Any RAT-city that has similar "anomalies" in the next election should have their counts thrown out.

Fairfax County Virginia is a listed country. This is prime
residential real estate for the DC Bureaucrat class.

There is NO way this is by accident in this wealthy well-run and well-organized county
