Rice milk, oatmilk , flax milk, almond milk, cashew milk,. All options that are so much better for you. Cows milk is hazardous to humans. It is not intended for our consumption.

The binding capacity of nut “milk” is quite alarming. Want to lower your sex hormones.... drink nut milk. Could explain the gender problems in ages where the sex hormones are most critical.

After I read the ingredients on these emulsions of pulverized nuts, water and weird chemical binders, excessive sweeteners and flavors ... I said no thanks.
Maybe they aren’t emulsions. Maybe they are suspensions.
But they aren’t milk.
