Talked with friend yesterday whose in-laws are still in Iran. They have been keeping their heads down and pretty well out of sight since the Shah was removed. So nothing has changed for them. They are still safe, but still must speak in code. Husband has visited his mother three times in past year. Her health is not good. I suspect he forgets his wallet each time he returns back to US. Three members of family have us green cards. They
have visited here and have always stopped by DC before getting here. I don’t ask questions.
