Start the Senate trail now. Subpoena the articles from the house. Begin indicting house members for obstruction. Soon followed by indictments related to AG Barr’s findings.
Start making arrest with full press coverage excluding MSNBC and CNN. I would suggest completely stripping MSNBC and CNN of all WH access since PACs are the press. They are marketing organizations.
Stretch the Senate process out for at least 10 months. This would force democratic candidates to either missing the campaign trail or resign so they can campaign.
Since, everyone agrees that Russia meddled, require every state submit proof that voter registrations consist only of US Citizens that actually reside in the state they are registered to vote and in.

I have to admit I am unclear as to if the Senate has the same unlimited power and say in it’s chamber as the House did re:deciding what’s what when it comes to how the process goes. If they can run the whole show without any House or Dem input , they should indeed go through some motions and then bring the curtain down.
Otherwise I’d just ignore the whole thing and point out the Dems don’t really believe anything they had put forth - it was just a political bluff game for them.
