Yes. You have condescendingly said that to everyone here in FR like you’re the big constitutional lawyer and the rest of us are putzes, but then you fail to get the import of the very words that you post.

Which is that the Senate gets to make the rules. Period.

And if there is an existing Senate rule that says they need to wait for the House to send something over... that’s a SENATE rule, not a rule in the constitution. And if it’s a SENATE rule, it’s something the SENATE can change. Per the constitution. Period.

So stop acting like you’re the only one with a valid opinion and try to read the actual words that you yourself actually posted, instead of talking down to everyone read your own damn post.
