As it stands now, this is the line of succession — Prince Charles, Prince William, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis,... Prince Harry, Prince Archie, Prince Andrew....then finally his daughters.
Non-working royals don’t get the opportunity to work for Her Majesty. Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice are two such royals.
Despite their father pushing to have them become working royals, the higher-ups aren’t having it. To “make ends meet,” the sister’s hold regular jobs. Princess Beatrice works in the finance and consulting sectors, while Princess Eugenie is a director at a renown London art gallery.

As some have been speculating, Harry and Meghan are planning a Clinton/Obama Foundation situation. She’s already signed voiceover deal with Disney says one report and is in talks with Givenchy. Canadian reporters wonder whether Harry will be appointed Governor-General of Canada.
To sum up she and Harry stand to make billions. I presume they feel whatever fallout they receive from the British public is not concerning in the long run.

It struck me that during the leadup to the wedding, the main teacher from Meghan’s HS who had the most to say was her theology teacher. And in middle school, barely a teen, she was already delivering speeches in church. As the video in article below shows:

I do not trust her. Whatever good she may do these days will always get the press she craves. She will have to go a long way to earn the trust of those who see through her manipulations.
As an aside, when I lived in Britain I wasn’t happy. Even though we speak close to the same language, everything is different. I needed to come ‘home’ but we aren’t Royal and didn’t make enough money to even visit, during that time for me. (Wages are spectacularly low in Britain, compared to the USA. Life is so much easier here, truly.) I told my husband that she would be moving back to the USA soon after her child was born. I thought she might make it longer, with all the financial trappings of her new ‘position’, but she couldn’t bear to have any negative attention. She was a harridan with her staff, with all quitting soon after she took the reins of the marriage. She has made ‘missteps’ time and time again. During the run-up to the wedding, Harry told ALL ‘whatever Meghan wants, Meghan gets’. She is a whiner, using her 1/4 Black background to put everyone in their place. Much like the Obamas, who you couldn’t fairly criticize for ANYTHING as it would be labeled RACIST. Well, Harry apparently has what he wants......but the further Meghan pushes him away from his FAMILY, the lonelier he will be. Personally I wish they would just fade into the background, but Meghan couldn’t take that. Look forward to this couple being constantly in the news. I was wondering why they were spending so much time in Canada during their ‘break’. I guess it was to do the preliminaries for a high up position in Canada. Creating a new position to placate Meghan? I wonder if the Brits will stand for their TAXPAYER MONEY funding another expensive ‘title’ just so Meghan is happy.
As for me, I'll have to wait and see. I doubt I'll live long enough to see "the Lord's anointing" on them in any positive way towards the nation they are betraying.
I also do not trust her. If she had any respect for Harry’s grandmother, they should have at least waited to tell her, but no they did not. Yes I saw some press where they stated the people around the Queen would not allow the meeting, but don’t tell me if Harry wanted to speak to his grandmother that bad he would not have found a way.
Also she understands the press and I hate to say this but she is following Diana’s footsteps in manipulating the press for her own good. Just like a deal has been struck to have a tell all discussion on TV and a deal with Disney.
My final (personal) conclusions as a very distant observer obviously.
I think the couple moving out to Canada (still part of the British Commonwealth) especially now that they have baby is right on...They can move there, become ‘part-time’ monarchy members with the freedom to pursue other career avenues.
However they should do so as much as possible under the official umbrella of the Royal Family. Including taking public funds, which means accepting some constraints on business ventures.
I don’t agree with their trademarking and turning ‘SussexRoyal’ into a brand or foundation. It seems dishonorable even if hugely profitable. I would appreciate more of what each of them have to say about their causes (the non woke ones) if they do so under the guise of duty moreso than business/profit.
That way they preserve their integrity, and the monarchy’s.
Just reading from The Telegraph, apparently Harry pitched Meghan to Robert Iger when ‘the Sussexes’ (let’s see if they retain any titles) met him at The Lion King premier in London.
Harry to Mr Iger: You know she does voice-overs? Did you know that?
