Once Durham is finished, arrests will happen. There is no legal or other reason to have all the actionable evidence and hold off on putting it into action.

I agree with you, L.J. (except the part about disagreeing with my prior post :) )

All I am saying is that trials take a long time to develop. There are preliminary hearings, discovery, court dates, delays etc. before a jury finally gets to decide the question; and this will mean 2021 or beyond before these scumbags will be convicted and sentenced.

I DO THINK THERE WILL BE INDICTMENTS, and possibly arrests before the summer is over.

I DO THINK THERE WILL BE some showing of the PROSECUTORS' EVIDENCE well before the election---possibly depositions of POWERFUL EYE WITNESSES (like Haspel, Rogers etc.) ... possibly the UKRAINE-CROWDSTRIKE SERVER ... possibly other very powerful indications that the STORM is REALLY HAPPENING.

I do not believe the military tribunals theory, at least with respect to the civilian traitors. (Possibly for someone like Brennan whose trial as former DCIA would necessarily be Top Secret.)

I agree that POTUS is very likely to WIN in 2020 ... but I worry about globalist dirty tricks ... such as using the FED to tank the stock market and conceivably trigger a financial crisis and/or recession.

THIS IS LOW PROBABILITY--I'm just in worry-wart mode.

Thank you for elucidating. Not being a lawfag, what to speak of being barely literate in complex legally stuff, you know more than I do about time for preparing for trials and so on.

But... what about this, just crossed my mind. Many of these criminals may be flight risks, and/or committed such crimes that bail would be sky high or no bail. So arrests might mean in the clink until trial. What do you think?
