Computer language design?

You must know that LISP is a recursive language.

I have a button with that on it! I was Secretary of X3J13 Common Lisp group.

And if you’d like to see our original Lisp group, it’s one of my favorite music videos. It shows what it’s like to spend an entire day in a computer meeting.

Recursion may have been useful back in the old days when memory mattered but that’s no longer the case (unforunately). Anyone using it, in my experience, was showing off or stroking their ego. Change my mind.
