That GOP REP was Newt & other leadership on a call in FLA as I recall. Supposedly “recorded” by some DEM stooge that claimed they just happened to start picking up the cell phone transmissions on their FM radio in a shopping center parking lot or something like that.
Nor am I able; but the 'puter has to do so in conversions - like pixel counts I suspect... prob. percentage conversions also. sigh
