NOTE: the suggestion here is that Graham would have hearings *before* indictments vs. indictments first and then having further hearings delayed.

If the hearings are secret (great for a democratic gov’t, right?) those involved in this evil cannot be named publicly. Hence they cannot be punished publicly, unmasked as it were. They’ll still be able to walk down the street and continue their undermining and grifting (and not be set upon) because to do so would break the agreed to secrecy. Then those who broke the secret would have to be punished.

Would this work?
