You really are delusional. “No one in their right mind”? Lincoln is consistently rated as one of the best Presidents of all time by both historians and Americans. There has been 1000 of books written about him, places named after him, and monuments to him.

The Left controls the narrative (the news, media, education, science, and history,) and there is no doubt that Left loves dictators. My rule of thumb is, if the Left likes it, I am cautious about it. The Left loves Lincoln. Shouldn't that at least raise a red flag?

So what? For at least a half-century after his death, Lincolnites controlled everything, including the historical narrative. Thankfully, there are many books still available from the 1830's through the 1870's that tell the other side.
BTW, I have at least 100 books on Lincoln, and access to hundreds more. I recommend, as a first read, this book by Lysander Spooner, an abolitionist from the days of Lincoln. Before reading, be reminded that Lincoln and Clay despised abolitionists:

Who, but such usurpers, robbers, and murderers as they, ever established slavery?
