Yes it was...FLOTUS was in the garden reading for the kids during the Easter egg hunt. I love seeing photos of her, (having been in the high fashion industry for several years in my past), you can see she knows her own frame and how to dress it accordingly to the environment and events she attends. Even her dressy-casual and casual attire is pitch perfect.
Note here her shirt sleeves are cuffed to meet her waist line...simple things like that make a difference in how you pull off a look...and the size of her bag, not just the color, pulls it all together....as well as the open neckline accentuates her exposed arms and foot area.
