It is disconcerting to think there are that many derps still in positions to mess up documents like that. Did Horowitz know about it? If so, he’s a bad guy, which I do not think.

They didn’t search every document. They ran software that searched certain words/phrases.
If they were misspelled they wouldn’t show up would they?
