But still... the question isn’t “will the impeachment succeed as an impeachment” but “will the impeachment succeed as a way to suppress Trump’s numbers”.
Keep in mind, Democraps had only one thing going for them when they took the House.
That, of course, was impeachment. It helped give their disgruntled base a few thrills, and, was the MO to raise campaign money.
