Voter fraud on the national elections would would if the ELECTORAL VOTES are close, but will they be close in 2020?

How many times must it be said that the counties/states where voter fraud most frequently occurs are already DNC controlled? That is, it doesn't matter if CA/NY cast 10m more votes, it will have NO impact on the electoral totals.
Now, this does highlight the fact that large metro regions withing red states provide the greatest risk. However, it's easy to specifically ID these cities and focus voter integrity efforts in those areas. So, to summarize, all Trump has to do is determine the key battleground states (5 max?), then focus on their respective metro/capital regions. Not too difficult, and certainly no cause for lack of sleep worrying about CA/NY.
