I think that is so apt here on FR. Make any sort of non-standard, meme-conflicting statement and that is one of the first things posters demand. I even had one guy demand documentation for something unusual that happened at a private funeral in the mid70s.
Why, of course we are supposed to take what uneducated people say as fact. If they were able to prove their stance, they would be able to submit definitive documentation. Otherwise, how would anyone along the knowledge chain even get the idea that "ancient Egyptians had power drills which where 500 times faster than ours"? All people are asking is how such a conclusion was made?
Faith in God is one thing. Faith in Hadichol salesmen is another.
