That's not exactly the way I heard it.
I heard him say that there are more RATs with seats at risk than the 31 whose districts voted for Trump. He said the larger number is up to 55.
However, McCarthy has often speculated there might be a lot more defections from the RATs than have been announced.
Dingle is looking wobbly for the RATs too. Michigan is now anti-impeachment as a whole.
Gaetz came on after McCarthy and also commented on RATs jumping ship.
This probably the best scenario for the RATs.
It gives them at least one more bite of the apple at another time,(assuming the House stays RAT) for something else when maybe the senate turns RAT...
