Has any legislation actually been passed yet? Signed into law?

The new legislature doesn’t take their seats until Jan, iirc. But they’ve been talking out loud about their intentions, along with the Governor.
Well I don’t think they can miss the message being sent by the counties. Question is, just how impressed with themselves are the VA politicians and do they think they can just force it on the people against their will?
Surely they will back down. But if they don’t it will get pretty interesting.
