BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR...
News | 13 December 2019 | Mene Mene Tekel Upharsin

My father would often tell us, "Be careful what you wish for, you may get it." This is a key statement in life that many of us have heard and know the full ramifications involved. One sets one's heart on getting something no matter what (i.e. a girlfriend, a boyfriend, husband, wife, money, car, house, land, etc.) and later regrets the entire process and consequences of actually accomplishing that goal. We've all been there.

In this political paradigm, an election was held and per the constitution and rules in place, a man rightfully won the Presidency. The other side, so enraged at losing, could not follow the rules and with proper values and an agenda develop a candidate to run against him the next time and win back the office, so they decided to cheat in the process and with lies and deceit have been trying, no matter what, to oust this President so one of their candidates can win. It is becoming obvious through this entire charade that truth simply doesn't matter anymore, only the acquisition of power at any cost.

Be careful what you wish for, dad would say, you may get it. The problem with obtaining power in a dishonest way is that you set an example for all of the young people watching that such a process is THE way to get power. Even if the Senate doesn't convict Trump (it won't), the precedent has been set for a battle for power at all cost to take place from here on. This will not stop with lies and deceit, impeachment and innuendo, it will end in violence with a LOT of people getting killed in the long run.

What was once a healthy Republic will become the same governmental environment we see in most of Latin America and many other places in the world. Whoever is willing to kill the most people in a brutal manner wins. No wonder they want our guns. When your entire goal is to enslave the people by lying to get in power, you can't let them possess weapons to defend themselves from your corruption and oppression. Venezuela is a prime example of where we are headed. God help us all.

Large urban enclaves in Virginia could be pretty interesting places next year.

This is a war on the rule of law. A good example is Virginia. The governor says, “taking away guns from law abiding citizens is making Virginia safer?” When constitution minded counties decide to declare themselves 2nd Amendment safe havens, he threatens violence.

Matthew 7:21“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. 22“Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ 23“And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.’

The governor says, “taking away guns from law abiding citizens is making Virginia safer?”

...that’s the actual quote? Sounds like something you’d hear on an SNL skit.

We are beginning to see the workplace mirror politics.

My concern is that precedents are being set. With every attempt , successful and failed, new rules are being written. And those rules will be followed by future presidents and congresses.

Unwritten and untested and unnecessary rules that were informally agreed to between the parties for the sake of respect, civility, and peace.

My concern is this might diminish the power of the House of Reps.

Venezuela is a prime example of where we are headed.

Yes and No.

Out here in rural Bumf*ck Texas and within most suburban areas, patriots are prepped, armed and loaded to some degree, and ready to respond should we become like Venezuela. If our government fails to honor it's Constitutional contract with the people, we will stand and defend our rights. That includes the right to form a new government by and for the people.

Yes, our nation could be headed that way. But if we can drain the swamp NOW and stop the corruption within our different levels of government, our nation will prevail for another generation of patriots to enjoy the freedoms our founding fathers gave us.

No, patriots will never give up their guns, knives, baseball bats, or whatever else they can use to defend their rights and secure their freedoms against a tyrannical government at any level (local, state, or federal).

BTW Check out the Venezuelan form of government and its Constitutional history.

except if they cut off your communication and come at everyone one at a time, they will face little resistance.

Violence is Golden

Our Republic was an attempt to mitigate the violence and give us a framework where less violence would be required to maintain us as a Nation.

The Dems, and to a lesser extent the Republicans, are driving us back towards violence.

Those of us trained to violence do not fear this. A redress of grievances is LONG overdue.

New rules are indeed being written and the Dems will pay for their perfidy.

Never again will a President survive an opposing majority in both Houses of Congress. From this point forward, ANY offense (real or imagined) will be more than adequate for impeachment and removal.

House and Senate both held by the same party? Then woe unto that sad President from the opposing party who once groped a girl in college at a frat house party.

Unless we’ve finally had enough by that point, and the hangings begin.
