Growing up in northern Pa i am aware that maple syrup is a aphrodisiac.
A producer up here in town [NEK=Northern Vermont] has the license plate *SAPPY*. I just love it; makes me chuckle.
My kids growing up had nothing but real Maple Syrup on their pancakes, etc. On a road trip we stopped at a Denny’s for breakfast and when the kids were served their French toast, they poured on the syrup provided at the table........ *yucky* faces all around .....**Mom, what is this stuff? Yuck!**
I laughed. At home, we always said, *Pass the Brown Gold.*
Yep. We were/are spoiled. :p
