I think they may have gotten it from “Absence of Malice”, or Absence of Malice got it from the FBI. Misfiles can be tactical, it turns out.

Actually, we probably all do this and don’t even notice it, maybe in our private Notes, Calendars, etc.., and on our part, innocently.
