It may also explain how Billions$ were 'lost' when Hilldog was there and the CF got fat, and it also reinforces the possibility of cushy jobs in the Ukraine for the off-spring of Kerry, Biden, and Pelosi - funneling aide from the US to Ukraine, to corrupt Ukraine companies, to the kiddies of corrupt American politicians.
