I think Linsey is controlled by both hats. Recently the white hats have shown some leverage, but Linsey still protects black hats where she can. No doubt walking a thin line, but ultimately Linsey will never fully commit to one side or the other.

You are probably closer to the truth than we know. Have a feeling he was corrupt, got caught, and given a choice, work for the good guys or face the consequences with his buddies. We will see how this plays out I guess. Just wish it was OVER!

A leopard doe not change its spots so easily. If Lindsey has done/said things that help patriots, it is because he is leveraged.
