That is Angie Craig. 1st term from MN. Background in nonprofit HR. Usual talking points. “I’ll fight for you” BS. Could see her being groomed for bigger things in congress. Youngish, attractive, malleable. Not a fan but disconcerting to see her impaired.
The turrets-like hair flipping and suspicious display of twitchy eyes doesn’t look at all like an extra martini effect, to me. Comments below the video suggest cocaine, which would be a sad attraction, in deed.
