Joe diGenova sounds pretty measured here and has been somewhat indifferent here and previous about the IG Report’s impact.

Bill O’Reilly claims his source states there will be an 8 of 10 impact.

At least we’ll find out soon and not have to see endless speculation.
Regardless, this is out this week and then on to the main act.
