I can’t address a supposition based on a photo. Officially the body autopsied was Epstein. If you wish to believe is wasn’t, you can do that. I saw the photo, I didn’t find it definitive of anything.
Honestly, I’m not trying to be a jerk here. The minute the death was announced, people started saying he was murdered, and then looked for things to support that view. That’s not how I handle such things. I start with the question, “How did he die?” and go from there.
I’ve seen no evidence he was murdered so I have nothing to present regarding that theory.
