Yes, there was an autopsy, observed by a non-govt expert hired by the suspicious family. The observer commented on the autopsy, and notably did not dispute the finding of suicide by the medical examiner.

So, Epstein killed himself. You can look it up. There is no open homicide investigation. A medical examiner’s finding is actual evidence.
Everything else is made up in people’s minds. For example, no insurance policy on Epstein’s life will be paying out any money. That’s real. The autopsy report is real. You can call it fake, but where’s your evidence it’s fake?
The forensic pathologist hired by the family was Michael Baden. He did an examination on a body. I do not recall that he specifically certified that the body he worked on was that of JE.
