Decades of climate doom and gloom propaganda isn't worthy of consideration in terms of the credibility of the current doom and gloom predictions?

Not to me, I lived through most of that doom and gloom predictions, so I get the point, but scientifically speaking, even if the had NEVER been wrong before, they would still be just as wrong now.

I can't argue with that. If they had been right back then about the planet plunging into deep cold conditions they certainly wouldn't be right now about the planet getting warmer.
