That chart is about right. It goes along with their equally screwed up misuse of technical terms, ie. clip = magazine, bullet = cartridge, etc., etc...

Lesson from the Battle of Athens Tennessee: you only need enough weaponry to get into the Armory.

I don’t need a complicated mathematical equation. Just simple logic.
If a tyranny never happens:
a) the guy who bought a combat rifle perhaps just has an expensive toy
b) the guy who didn’t buy one has a few extra bucks in his pocket
If a tyranny happens:
a) the guy who bought a combat rifle has a fighting chance to regain his freedom
b) the guy who didn’t buy one is either dead or a slave

of all the prepping i have done and considered, getting eye surgery to eliminate the need for glasses never entered my mind.

Whole lot of people can’t figure that out.
And more people than that don’t even know where the armories are located.

I must take issue with the notion that the Civil War was an effort to overthrow the US government. It was an effort of several states to secede from the union.
Close. It was actually a successful attempt to force said States back into the union.

The author is exactly right.
No, the author is still completely wrong. There was no government overthrow, unless you count the Confederacy being dissolved, though that was from external conquest. The Southern states simply left. The 'Civil War' was to force them back in.
