My DIL didn't know what Civics is.

What I was taught in Civics seemed deeper than this Civics test for citizenship...course, Civics was a requirement to graduate back in the day, so it should have been deeper.

Civics was a requirement to graduate back in the day, so it should have been deeper.

How we have fallen! We used to teach Latin and French in high school. Now we teach remedial English in college.
