Pelosi flouts Trump at climate conference on Paris agreement: 'We are still in'

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., on Monday said the U.S. is "still in" the Paris Climate Agreement in remarks during an international climate conference, a position that cuts against President Trump’s vow to exit the accord.

“By coming here we want to say to everyone we are still in, the United States is still in,” she said while speaking in Madrid, according to AFP. She was referring to herself and the rest of a congressional delegation that attended the United Nations Climate Change Conference COP 25.

Her comments came shortly after the U.S. filed paperwork to officially remove itself from the Paris agreement, a move that won't fully take effect until a year has passed. That agreement, Trump claimed, could harm the U.S. economy.

This is a dangerous precedent that will certainly come back to bite Democrats in the future (and not only in a peach mint situation).

RE: Full of Schiff's report bullet points.

Thanks for that, MQD! Been busy today but trying to check in now and then and hadn't had time to read the whole thing. It's crazy, all one has to do is read the transcripts of both President's calls and understand this report is bogus.

Been listening to talk radio while I work and the news at the top of the hours and their reporting pretty much goes like this:

"...Oh the humanity and the seriousness of the charges against President Trump (serious, serious, serious)..." and it ends with "the Republicans response was, they said something..."

Pretty disgusting and comical at the same time. One could claim I'm exaggerating but not by much in reality. The enemedia is just flat out lying to the American people and not even trying to hide it anymore.

#PANIC!

https://www.theepochtimes.com/white-house-responds-to-democrat-impeachment-report_3163805.html

The White House slammed the Democrat report on the findings
of the House Intelligence Committee impeachment inquiry on
Dec. 3, saying that the document “reads like the ramblings
of a basement blogger straining to prove something when
there is evidence of nothing.”

“At the end of a one-sided sham process, Chairman Schiff and
the Democrats utterly failed to produce any evidence of
wrongdoing by President Trump. This report reflects nothing
more than their frustrations,” White House Press Secretary
Stephanie Grisham said in a statement.

I found a nice chart very recently but can’t find it now.

Follow the (Climate Change) Money
https://www.heritage.org/environment/commentary/follow-the-climate-change-money

Shortly after the latest Chicken Little climate change report was published last month, I noted on CNN that one reason so many hundreds of scientists are persuaded that the sky is falling is that they are paid handsomely to do so.

I noted that “In America and around the globe governments have created a multi-billion dollar Climate Change Industrial Complex.” And then I added: “A lot of people are getting really, really rich off of the climate change industry.” According to a recent report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office, “Federal funding for climate change research, technology, international assistance, and adaptation has increased from $2.4 billion in 1993 to $11.6 billion in 2014, with an additional $26.1 billion for climate change programs and activities provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act in 2009.”
[snip]

Let’s Do Follow the Climate Money!
https://fcpp.org/2019/02/07/lets-do-follow-the-climate-money/

Worldwide, according to the “progressive” Climate Policy Initiative, climate change “investment” in 2013 totaled $359 billion – but this “falls far short” of the $5 trillion per year that’s actually needed.

The UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change echoes those greedy demands. It says the world must spend $2.4 trillion per year for the next 17 years to subsidize the transition to renewable energy.

Bear in mind that $1.5 trillion per year was already being spent in 2014 on Climate Crisis, Inc. research, consulting, carbon trading and renewable projects, according to the Climate Change Business Journal. With 6-8% annual growth, we’re easily looking at a $2-trillion-per-year climate industry by now.

The US Government Accountability Office puts United States taxpayer funding alone at $2.1 billion per year for climate change “science” … $9.0 billion a year for technology R&D … and $1.8 billion a year for international assistance. Total US Government spending on climate change totaled $179 billion (!) from 1993 through 2017, according to the GAO. That’s $20 million per day!

Our FLOTUS is simply stunning no matter what she wears. Her yellow is a Q statement to me. I so admire her grace and class. She is just a beautiful Princess to me.

Hey speaking of beautiful clothes did you see Sidney Powell’s dress when she was walking out with General Flynn from a court house hearing? I can’t link the photo because it’s from a WaPo article/picture but I could google link it I think. I thought it sure looks like a big blue Q on her dress. Here is link, its open source, you should be able to see her dress. Love it.

I read the book...439 pages

1. Key to Trump thinking and presidency is the TWEET

Twitter is mentioned only once in the book, and doesn't get a reference in the index.

Trump with over 65 million Twitter followers.

2. NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers may have notified Team Trump of Obama’s Intelligence Community (James Clapper and John Brennan) spying on their activity.....and doesnt get a mention

I guess Doug Weald is a secret deep stater.

"If Hannity had the ability to reflect on his performance he would study Mark Levin, an excellent interviewer.'

_________

Well said! Mark Levin is a great interviewer and listener.

Hannity is taped here ...... then in the morning we pass over most of what he calls his "questions". The guests' time is usually a little less than 10 minutes.

Hannity loves to hear himself. I wonder how his wife deals with that.
