Just got latest report. They are not fighting the stay. Father is staying there in CA with the children until it comes to court of appeals (hopefully soon). Fired appeals lawyer. Regular is cutting his fees and with that money saved, they will hire an attorney who will solely represent the children and their wellbeing. Right now their well-being is focus of all efforts and prayers.
Thanks for all you do. He’s looking for housing for himself and the two children. (Step mom must go back to work in TN). Must be out of where they are staying on the 3rd.
