I personally know from working at the Census many times ...when I did data entry and phone follow-up census taking everyone was counted even if they said they were illegal. Government workers would write us up if we didn't say...I don't want to know if your legal or not ...my concern is only to make sure your counted. Then we went into the lie of saying it will help the location of hospitals/road signs/schools/fire departments/housing and etc.

So to answer your question...THEY will still be counted but hopefully located where they are living and not legal. Before nothing was recorded of their location I believe. Someone smarter than me hopefully will answer you much better.

My concern is this is being published to make us complacent. We must all work like we are the underdog. We know they will use voter fraud and any other method to steal an election

Emphasis also needs to be electing both house and senate conservatives.
